Default Dara and Dave

Dara: yeah the this kind of talk is weird. I was talking to Karen on the phone last night ( I know I am going to freak out when i see her) but I told her that she too is going to go bannanas when she sees me, because Im still freaking out EVERY time I look at myself in the mirror! Its funny because I remember that I could hardly wait until I could wear size 10 jeans... when it happened I WAS ELATED and now.... I can pull them off and on without unbuttoning my pants.... now Im worried about HOW to make it stop... my problems are so different... its the weirdest thing. One of us need to get to a nutritionist ASAP to figure out how to make it stop... if I get any smaller I dont know what Im gonna do?

Davey: thanks man, that really touched my heart. Thank you! It is all worth it, and whats amazing is... your a man so your gonna lose it twice as fast! In as little as 6 months you are going to lokk fit as a fiddle! Athletic even

Bridget,

You are right, girlie...I think I will freak when I see you and I can't wait!!! I miss you all so much....I can't stand it!

I set my own goal for 158. The goal that Dr. C set for me was 140!!! I don't know if I would want to be that thin. So, at 158 I will be at a "normal" BMI and I think I will be happy with that. We'll see. At this point, I am starting to think I will never get there anyway!!!
