Default I've reached the top. Now the long fight begins!

As of this morning I've reached my goal of 185 pounds (185.6 to be precise). Now I get to start the balancing act of trying to not get any skinnier but also not trying to gain back any of the old weight.

Any tips?

Default Hummmm

I just went to my 18 month checkup yesterday. My doc said quit losing...but don't gain. I told him I had added a fourth meal (small) to maintain, he said no either stretch out your meals a little longer to get in more cals or add a protein drink. NO eating a fourth meal it lead to overeating and weight gain. WELL.....I've always kept to the rules...but I'm thinking as long as I exercise and keep tabs on my intake and my exercise......Well We'll see. Keep us informed. I'm try to maintain it can be slippery we just have to stay health concious. I had broiled grouper with lemon sauce and a side salad for lunch. It was pretty good for "health" food.

Ron I just want to say how proud I am of you man. You have been through the struggle so you know what needs to be done to keep the weight off. Look how far you have come.

Congrats on goal. I found I gave myself a few too many "food gifts" for hitting goal and I quickly put a stop to it. It is a marathon and I just pace myself. Make sure you continue to work out and eat for a healthy life. I did tone down the workouts a bit when i kept losing after goal. I still weigh almost everyday and that keeps you straight.
