Default OT: Gina in Upstate NY

I'm in Philly right now at a tradeshow, and saw on MSNBC that upstate NY has 70+ inches of snow.

Gina in Upstate, NY - are you okay?

It's so cold and windy in Philly - I can't imagine being up to my saggy ass in snow!

I don't even have 70 snow flakes. I'm fine but very dissappointed! My snow shoes stare at me every day and I SOOOO want to get out there. But they aren't dead grass shoes, so I wait......

thanks for checking in!

Gina:
Glad to hear it (sorry about your snow shoes, but I'm sure you'd be sick of all of it after an hour or so)!

Not at all! I lOVE the snow! I love cross country skiing - it is my season! And I love cuddling up by the fire, etc.

I used to live in Vermont, and I LOVED it!

You lived in VT? No wonder you love the snow. lol That area up there in NY is supposed to hit TRIPLE digits in snow fall this weekend. That is CRAZY! Where the hell are they going to put all that freakin snow?
Me? I'd have packed up and moved to FL by now.

My first winter in Vermont I had 360" of snow at my house. I loved it!

Frankly, making love in front of a fire is about the sexiest thing I can think of at the moment. (I am pretty tired though) The way the fire light light plays on your skin, the rhythmic flickering - oy...

I think I should stop talking to you Duckie. You're causing me a one-track-mindedness I didn't need any help with!
