My weight loss has slowed dramatically over the past month or so, but I've still lost around 5 pounds. It is difficult going from 15 pounds a month to 5 or even none. Just know that we are completely normal, and our bodies will unfortunately adjust to where they want to be.
As for calories, some days I barely get in 800. My nutritionist said that 1200 was 'maintaining' for me. I also get around 80 grams of protein a day. But you shouldn't listen to me about calories because I'm having major issues with food in general at the moment- let's just say I totally understand how annorexic women feel to have that control over food

Not fun.
But I never work out. EVER. Between working 40 hour weeks, taking 5 classes, and having an almost 4 year old son, I never have time.
Well, technically me and my boyfriend get a workout session on occasionally...
