Can you use wasabi with sushi or is that a big mistake?

I use a lot of wasabi with mine. By the time you can handle sushi you could probably handle wasabi. Just don't over do it the first time and you should be able to find out for sure though. I don't think it would be a health issue though.

Try asking for a "Protein Roll" It is just the fish and seaweed with NO rice! They sushi chefs can do it but the roll maybe smaller because there is less rice. It ends up working for me because I can barely finish one protein roll myself.

Oh, that sounds good! I'll have to remember to ask for a protien roll!

On the eating sushi rice but not being able to eat other rice, I think the rice they use to make sushi is different. I don't know enough about it to know how it is different, but it is definitely different. You can't make sushi with just regular white rice.
