Default Size 6...feel worse than when I was a size 28!

I'm so bummed today. I keep thinking...wow, I'm a size 6 now...I never in a million years thought I would ever be smaller than a size 12 or 14. BUT IM A 6! So anyway, feeling pretty good, I start getting out there, meeting people. Guys notice me and buy me drinks and want to go out. I've gone out a couple times and it has turned out disasterous. Chemistry is there, guys are cool, funny, happy that I have a daughter...but the moment they find out that I'm a jellyfish in disguise...out the door they go. I look great in my clothes....but after losing 210 lbs...not so hot underneath. What do I do? I'm horrific looking...I almost felt better when I was bigger, because at least I was firm and the girls looked good! Now my body is deflated and I don't blame the guys for being unattracted to me after they find out what's underneath...I would be too! Help! Anyone been through this?

I feel for you and so many of us that are going to loose or have lost alot of weight will be dealing with the very same thing.

i'm already working out who my PS is going to be. I know im going to have to have it even with my working out.

Im truely sorry you're having to go through that. Really the only important thing is you're happiness. If you are happy and satisified with you're body and you love yourself then you will find a man who does as well.

I wouldn't change a thing if you like the way you look and are happy. If you aren't like I know I won't be then PS is really the only way to go. I mean im gonna loose 250lbs. I don't care how much I workout its not going to fix that kind of transformation. I will need to get it done to have my skin tight again. There's no way around it.

So I guess find out what you want for yourself and you're body. After all it is YOUR body. Not any guys you are dating. So if you want it then get it. If you don't then I say don't. The right guy will come along.

I hate my body...the guy I am dating I told about the surgery and I told him about my skin. I wear a shirt all the time ( not that I do anything ). He knows why and says he doesn't have a problem with it. Do you tell the guys or is it a surprise? I didn't tell one guy (the last) and was totally uncomfortable the whole time ( I kept my shirt on). I was afraid of what he could feel. Do they tell you that they dont like your body or is that just an assumption?

I am sorry, I feel the same way about my skin...but my Husband is either totally blind, or just the best man in the world. When you meet the right guy, he will NOT care...promise!

By the way, how tall are you?? I am 5' 9" and I don't think I will ever be in a 12...much less a 6. CONGRATULATIONS, you are an inspiration to all of us...skin and all!!

Thanks!
I'm 5'6"...i really didn't expect to get this small at all...i can't imagine it's going to look very good when I get the skin removed...It's a little weird.

As for the guys telling me...yes...the last one told me. We were being very open and honest with each other...he told me he was totally attracted to me in every way but physical. He's got a fantastic body and was so sorry...but I was actually grateful he didn't let it get too far. Poo.
