Question smelly issues??? how fast we loose??

Hey guys!!

Its me Rain, teehee,

Any way wanted to know if any one has had a similar problem that I am having?? My poor family is going around fixing meals for themselves, when all of a sudden I begin smelling strong odors like garlic or onions and I feel like I can't handle the smell. I want to hurl, kind of but not really??? My poor hubby was munching on Doritos and I could not stand it?? What's up??

And I think this normal but I can only eat about 1 oz. per couple hours.

Also, want to know if any one has a healthy chart for our weight loss? What is expected, too much, not enough? That kind a thing??

F.Y.I.

I am down 11#'s from day of surgery....yeeppeee!!!
I told my hubby, eleven F****ING pounds I'll never seee again?
Shocked the sox off him!! (I never cuss!!) (today I did!!)

Yep, food smells can be icky! Even looking at food made me sick! Speaking of smelly things, when you start taking the iron pills, it'll make your poop an icky green-black color and a bit odiferous

As for weight loss, the general rule of thumb is the heavier you were to begin with, the faster you'll lose. However, everyone is different. You will go up and down in amount of wt. loss and even go a few weeks without losing any at all. During the times you're not losing weight, you're still losing inches.

An ounce or 2 at a time is normal to begin with. Remember, you stomach is only the size of a golf ball and it's stiff and swollen from surgery. It's not stretchy at all. Eat slowly and allow time for your stomach to tell you it's full. All it takes is one extra bite and you're upchucking.

As far as the weight loss the best thing I did was to quit looking at the scale. look at the mirror and the smaller lables in the new clothes you buy.
