I think you should consider writing a book using all of your research - you could share it with people, but why not get some $$$$ for it? Maybe you could do some sort of workbook thing - I think you could do it up good!
I haven't even thought of plastic surgery, but all this talk of credit card vs. mesh has me even more terrified. I can't even IMAGINE what you all are talking about. I think "me and my panni" will be "strolling down the avenue" for the rest of my life.
Good luck with you - keep us updated..............

Thanks, Carolyn - maybe Gina and I could team up on excercise for bariatric patients (ahem - Gina..what do you think?)...

I also have the stress incontinence sling that is made out of the same plastic.

Dale - you have just been through so much caca. I wish they used the flexible mesh on you - you are too tiny for all of that plastic!!

Its a threshold thatfeels like I am standing on the edge of a cliff and the rocks are crumbling underneath me. Not with the surgery part- I am 100% atpeace with that. The move is terrifying for me since I am such a Cali girl and freeze if it drops below 70 degrees Maybe I can find a job that allows me to stay home for the winter?!

Whitney, love the long post......Congrats to you. Sounds like all is working out for you and it would be cool to have the surgery one year later!
Buffalo - you have a job there already?

Thanks Lisa - I can work from home when I get there -it's Keith I am worried about. I have no doubt he will find something when he gets there, but no one even looks at out of state resumes there - once we're local he (or I for that matter) won't have issues.... For me this whole move is a faith thing
