Default I've lost 100 pounds!

As of today I've lost 100 pounds! It's been almost 5 months.

Congratulations!!!! That is a whole lot of weight!!! Think about it, that is about 10 infants. he,he Or at least two children. Wow!! Way to go!

You know to really get the most of this weight loss, go to the gym and try and pick up 100 pounds!!
