Default What vitamins do you take and how often

My dietician introduced me to a vitamin that contains all the b12, calcium, and multivitamins I would need but I need to take 1 daily 4 times a day. I'm looking to take the Flinstones, but what else would I need to take with them? Thanks in advance.

Hmmm,

I take beta carotene, B-12 tabs, calcium, folic acid, fish oil, women's multi-vit/min, and iron. I'm going to try Juice Plus, as my primary recommends.
