Thumbs up Awesome!

Congratulations on your weight loss! I always try to imagine my weight loss in a different form. For example, the weight you have lost is what a toddler weighs. Isn't that incredible?

This year, the eating was not bad at all for me. It was amazing to see how others around me were eating though and it made me realize that I'm not there with friends and family to celebrate the food we have to eat...we're there to celebrate the reason for the season. I did "binge" a little and had 3 sips of wine with my meal. I didn't get drunk like I expected to because that was my first experience with alcohol since surgery. I did warn everyone though just in case it went straight to my head.

Well, congratulations on your success and keep up the good work!

Paulina,
Great job on the 28 pounds. Isn't it such a great feeling?

It was interesting for me to experience my first Christmas since I had the surgery and yes I did splurge somewhat...tasting goodies here and there, but I didn't eat like in the past. It was so neat to be able to take a bite of fudge and be satisfied. I did eat one too many bites of M & M cookies and dumped, but this great tool reminded me that I did not need to treat my pouch that way.

Thumbs up Congratulations!!

Good job Paulina!!

I am trying to hold off until Wednesday to weigh myself. I want to do it every week on the same day. It is hard though. Well for one, my scales do not go up to the weight I weigh. ha,ha.

I will say again, great job on the weight loss!!
