Default Regarding coffee:

My surgeon said coffee has an enzyme in it that causes hunger. Hey, what do I know, eh? I'm not drinking coffee and surprisingly I don't miss it......(so far)

honestly know. I don't touch cokes at all just cause they are so bad for you. diet ones mind you are a far cry from regular ones but, once you get off of coke you will never go back. I actually tried a diet cherry pepsi the other day(just a little taste) and it tasted horrible. I mean really really bad.

Cokes are gross and bad for you anyways. I say stay on water and crystal light if you need a flavor fix.
