Default Rick,

Congratulations! 100 pounds down! You did it and you did it so fast! I know just how you feel about being able to do the things with your family that you've not been able to do recently. It's really a gift of life. All my best to you and your family. Please give Laine my best! Please let us know what you're having!

Merry Christmas!

Thumbs up Congratulations!

Rick:

Wow--100 lbs. gone forever! You deserve big kudos. I hope you're feeling well now. I know you've had some health issues, so your tremendous weight loss is even more meaningful.

I agree with you that the abillity to do things we haven't done in years is one of the best gifts in our weight-loss journey. The newfound energy is amazing, isn't it?

Take care of yourself and your family. Things are sounding really great for you!

Default Good job, Rick!

One hundred pounds! How many of us could lift a barbell of that weight? And to imagine we'd been carrying it around all the time. It's a miracle we survived long enough to get to the surgery!

I'm 10 pounds shy of my 100, and can't believe it's happened so quickly.

Life is good!
