Default Are you taking your supplements?

Are you faithfully taking your supplements? Do you take B-12 daily, or get shots regularly? Are you taking iron? That's my first guess...you're in need of vitamins or minerals.

Oh, you need more than a multivitamin. I've been taking 4 Optisource vitamins a day, (the optisource have iron in them), 1 sublingual B-12, 2 calciums, and I still drink a protein shake 1-2 times a day. I feel great, have plenty of energy for work, and am doing aquasize a few times a week! I think you'll feel much better when you get the right balance of vitamins/minerals/protein. Good luck!

Also- are you getting enough water? Water is amazing for curing lethargy, headaches, "muddy mind", and so so much more...

I agree with everything everyone has said.
You need: LOTS of water, never, ever go anywhere without it. Sip it all day long; PROTEIN, even if you have to drink it, you HAVE to get your protein in or you will not continue to heal, lose or be healthy; take those dang vitamins.
You need: a multivitamin, Iron (preferably with vitamin C, such as Vitron C), B12, calcium and possibly B1 (thiamin). When are you due to have bloodwork done again?? I reccommend you call and ask to have it done NOW if you don't have an appt. soon.
Again: WATER, PROTEIN, VITAMINS!! YOu MUST have these.
I ALMOST FORGOT! CALL YOUR SURGEON regarding not being able to keep food down. He/she needs to see you about this. PRONTO.
(nurse duckie is done. )

I go in for blood work and then my appt is on 1-16-07.. The last blood work I had done about 1 week or so ago and the only thing he seemed concerned with was the fact my white blood cells was elevated, and that is where he left it . He didnt say anything else besides set my appt with him and for more lab work....

I have not had surgery yet, however I was having similar problems with being tired all the time. I was getting enough sleep and yet I was tired all the time. I was prescribed Trazodone, as it was determined that I was not going into REM sleep, and therefore my body never was able to rejuvenate. The medicine helps me to fall into that deeper sleep and thus I am not tired all the time.

I hope that they can sort out what is wrong so you don't have to be so tired all the time! HUGS!

I had surgery hoping that I would come out of this with a ton of energy...well it turns out I never got it! I fall asleep after work-my labs are all perfect...I don't know what else to do to help my energy level.
