Cassie, I have this same issue. I was told by a veteran of my support group at my program that everyone experiences the tiredness early on especially because we are not taking in much calories. Some people are fine 2 or 3 weeks after surgery, some people it takes longer. One other member told me it took her 6 - 8 weeks before she felt energetic. All I do is watch my progress. I did the laundry and that was progress for me (there are 4 of us in my family). I was able to endure a LITTLE longer than last week so I see the progression but I still have to nap and catch my second (or third) wind sometimes. Work...I get pooped after about 4 -5 hours so I totally understand. I think it will get better for us soon though. I'm a week behind you as far as when we had our surgery.
