Thumbs up Dale

I must congratulate you on this major milestone!!! You have worked so hard for it, and had many delays in getting there.. by Dr.s orders and all. I am so glad that your scale is moving and you seem to be doing better these days. You are just too cute for words anyway and getting cuter every day!!!

Love ya girl.. and keep up the great work!!!

Default Congratulations

Dale:

You should be especially proud of yourself. You've had a lot of bumps in the road through your journey. You've kept a positive attitude, when no one would have faulted you for being negative. I personally think you're an awesome person and a great role model. I'm so happy that you're feeling okay and doing such a great job.

Keep up the good work...100 lb. loss is just around the corner!

Thanks Dara! I know you all shared this bumpy road with me and I am so thankful for friends like you who have shared my obstacles and been there for me.

By the way, you are so close to goal and you should be SO proud of yourself. You looked great at the X-mas party and SO happy.

Happy Holidays!
