I hope Amanda is okay, her symptoms sound just like the ones I was having. My heart goes out to her, it is such a baaaad daddy complication. Does anyone talk to her regularly? We're all on high alert now, and we want answers--one of our own is down!

Okay guys - I have an update for you on Amanda.

First and foremost she thanks all of you wonderful peeps for your concern and for your prayers. After going to the doctor this morning, she was sent over to the ER where she waited for 5 hours. Initially the CT scans she had gave them the impression that she had an internal hernia (she wasn't sure of the type), but they sent the scans to her doc at home to review, and at this time they are simply holding her overnight, and will have a different radiologist do another scan tomorrow and in conjunction with her surgeon they will be reviewed - if they still look the same they will operate tomorrow instead of at midnight tonight.

Her boyfriend has me on her update list, and as I hear anything, I will post - so now we wait some more. She is at Cedar-Sanai Medical Center in Santa Monica...please keep her in your positive thoughts and prayers - she is terrified and freaking out...
