Default OT:Ref Dumping

I make myself dump...If I eat something and my pouch disagrees...up it comes.I don't have two hours to lay down and wait for the sweats and cramps to go away...NO THANKS.

I don't dump on much these days because I avoid the foods that rip my pouch up.

BTW~I feel 150% better after I puke...wipe up the mascara and I am good to go.

V

PSS...I hope you don't dump...you will know soon enough what foods you can and cannot tolerate...and you can dump on "healthy stuff" everyone is different.

Oh, I'm definitely not planning on dumping anytime soon if I can at all avoid it! I have this apple stuff that my mom made and she made it with honey, thinking I would be able to eat it. It's still in the fridge. I looked at a bottle of honey I have in the cabinet and it says 16g sugar per 1 tsp serving size. No way! It probably doesn't have that much in it, but I'm not risking it, no matter how good it would taste on my cottage cheese!
