I know the feeling. On lunch breaks I have to walk around and find something to do or watch my co workers eat cheeseburgers. I'll be a little happy about tasting real food again, although I have no appetite.

If you try meatloaf....I recommend putting salsa on it. It made it nice and moist and yummy!!! I put salsa on everything...cottage cheese, eggs, potatoes, refried beans, etc. etc!

I had homemade mac and cheese and green beans yesterday and just couldn't stop talking about how great it was. Odd the little things that made up happy...

Oh man, meatloaf and mashed is one of my faves. I go to Boston Market and get the dinner and it lasts me for about 3 meals. Not the lowest calorie thing, I'm sure, but really good when I'm going to my BF's for the weekend (he doesn't always have stuff I like to eat).
