Default I have an announcement to make...

I'M IN ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!

I got on the scale when I got to work and I weighed 198.5!!!!! And that was even with clothes on!!! *LOL*....No, I didn't strip down. BUT my work scale has consistently weighed heavy in comparison to my doctor's scale. SO YES!! I FINALLY MADE IT!!! I'm still in total shock!!! I haven't been under 200 in over 25 years!!

Thank you all so much for all of the support you have given me through this plateau. I honestly was getting very frustrated and a bit depressed, but everyone, I'm here to attest that as long as you follow the rules you WILL lose weight again!

Default You are so awesome

You getting down there girl! I am SO HAPPY for you! I know well how good that feels - hasn't been long for me as you know.

Now I'm the bouncing ball - 196, 198, 196, 198. I think the 5 and 7 have burned out on my scale, I never see those two.

And again - CONGRTULATIONS!!
