Default Finally moving down!!!!

Well, I think I'm FINALLY OFF this plateau!! I haven't hit onederland but I'm finally heading consistently back DOWN instead of UP & DOWN I had gained weight over a month ago. I went up 2, stalled and then up 5 and then went up and down those 5 pounds week after week. Talk about being frustrated!!! *grrrrrrrrr*.....Well my extremely overdue Aunt Flo showed up this week and BOOM I was down 4 lbs and I am back down to 201!!! YES!!! Oh, and that was fully dressed with jeans, sweater and turtle neck AND SHOES!! PLUS just had 20 oz of water before I weighed!!

Soooooo....maybe?...just Maybe???....Buck naked, first thing in the morning, could I be??...is it possible???...that I may have found onederland??? NOW I wish I had a scale at HOME!!!! *LOL* I don't think they would appreciate me stripping down at work tomorrow to find out. I may wait until Christmas, when I have to go into work , to weigh again. Oh, man....wouldn't it be something if I saw that weight start with a 1!!!!! Now THAT would be an awesome Christmas present!! Might even beat out the new diamond ring DH bought me this week to celebrate my new life, his way of showing his thanks and his way of reminding me that I always have his love and support.

It's been turning into a GOOD WEEK!!! FINALLY!!!!

Oh, just thought I would include a picture of my ring!! *G*

Awesome job, Beth! You have reason to celebrate, and I know for sure that you have found onederland. Bummer that you have to work Christmas..... I'll be hoping that it's a quiet Christmas for you at work though. And enjoy that new ring!

Thank you Lori. Yeah, I hate working Christmas, but since I'm a nurse, it goes along with the job everyother year. I'm hoping its quiet too. If it is really quiet they may even let me off!!! I do work a critical care department though, so I'm not holding my breath.

Girl you are SOOOOOOOoo in onederland!! Wear some linen pants and a linen top, then bundle all up in the sweaters and everything else to keep warm... when you go to weigh yourself take off all the bundling and shoes!! You are gonna be in onederland, you are gonna be in onederland *dances around the room singing*

I weighed all my clothes at home before I had my when in at orientation. I found all of my lightest clothes and shoes. All together they weigh 1.5 pounds. I wear the same outfit every time I have to go in to be weighed

I would strip down to the undies if they would let me! I got no shame at this point... I have got a goal and I am gonna meet it!

awwww, thanks Dale. I've been SO bummed out lately! 5-6 weeks on a plateau just doesn't do much for helping you feel good about yourself. I guess my nutritionist was right, 2 weeks ago she said it would probably be a 4-6 week plateau....it was exactly 6 weeks. I'm still praying for onederland by Christmas, but if I don't make it I'll be okay, because at least I am once again seeing that scale go DOWN!!

Thank you for all of your support, sweet lady. I do appreciate it.

I wear scrubs at work, and they are pretty light weight but I'll make sure I take off the shoes plus, not drink a bunch of water just before going into work! *L* The problem with my work scale is that it weighs about 2 pounds heavier than the scale at my doctor's office (the scale I weighed on tonight). So, it would be quite the weight loss between now and Monday to see my work scale hit onederland. The good thing is that if it even weighs 200-201 I'll know I'm there. We shall see. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I love ya, girl!!!

...and yeah...I think the ring is pretty stunning. I need to get it resized, its a bit too big but its not stopping me from putting it on until he brings it in to be re-sized. *l*
