Default Permission to apply to century club

Now here is a question. I was required to lose 10% in order to have my surgery and many of you here followed my whining, painful journey through that. My starting weight was 288, but my day of surgery weight was 261. Of course, because I was already working with my bariatric team, I think of century as being in 11 pounds, but I don't want to be cheating, you know? If century is measured from surgery and thats it, no problem, but I sort of need "permission" to include my 10%. I can see it both ways, honestly.

What do you think folks?

Is it Century in 11 pounds?
OR
Century in 38 pounds??

Default You are century in 11 pounds!!!

That is not cheating at all. The 10% that you had to lose prior to surgery totally counts. Heck, it was the hardest thing that I could imagine doing if I had to do it. Kudos to you for being so tough and being able to do the 10%. I didn't have to lose prior to surgery and if I did, I don't know how I would have done it...so I vote you in and you should count the weight you lost pre-op. You are almost there.

I TOTALLY use my higher weight - I weighed 272, did the liquid diet and got down to 247 the night before surgery...and then 243 the day of surgery thanks to the bowel prep...and I soooo use the higher weight!!! We had to work hard to get the 10% off too girl!!!
