Default In Need of Protein Shake Ideas!!

Hi everyone,
So, I just started this weight loss thing 4 weeks ago! I'm having a hard time with meat still so my protein intake is zero to none. I'm trying as best as I can. I need some ideas on some protein shakes. I've tried a generic brand from walmart and it made me have cramps and diarrhea even though the sugars were only 1. I tried isopure and hated that. I tried some other kind that was cookies and cream, absolutely horrible. I'd be willing to drink one if I could get it to taste remotely well. Any ideas!

There are quite a few posts on this...search it. I use Nectar which is a fruit protein base and really good. I could not tolerate any of the others.

I use ON whey protein powder from a nutrition store. It's in powder form. I use the double chocolate flavor in milk for chocolate milk taste or in coffee for a mocha coffee and I use the vanilla ice cream flavored one in Crystal Light Orange Sunrise for a slushy or cold refreshing drink with just ice. I also put the vanilla ice cream flavored one in coffee sometimes too for a vanilla coffee. Just be sure you have luke warm coffee and mix the powder in and then heat in microwave or the powder will clump and is nasty. There are endless things you can do with it so they don't taste horrible. I NEVER just put the powder in water. That is ICKYYYYYYYY to me.

They all gross me out except for the isopure clear liquids. Some of the flavors were better than others. I've gotten a bit lax about this, and I need to get back on it too. I can't handle the creamy ones at all...Gross!

I hate the Isopure Cookies and cream....I do like the Atkins Creamy Vanilla...with lots of ice. I also like the Walmart stuff. I try to get protein from food..and just have 1 shake in the morning..but it's hard. I've been having chili for protein..and cottage cheese w/spaghetti sauce is yummy. Getting the liquids down in general is hard for me. I live on slurpies and sf cocoa. Just keep trying things until you find what you like. It's weird...before surgery...I loved those protein shakes...now, not so much..........

I use a brand called Pro Complex - I favor the chocolate. 55 grams of protein per two scoop drink. Mixes very well with water - light taste - just chill with ice. I buy mine at a fitness store but I think you can also find it online.
