i have not tried liquid vitamins

i am on vitamins that i get a my chiropractors office, they are not small vitamins, so i break them in half and then can swallow them, so if you get a vitamin that is too big to swallow, just break it, i tried crushing it and taking it on a spoon with liquid, too gross, so breaking it to swallow it is better, sorry wish i could be more help

Question:

Do you take 2 multivitamens per day or just the 1?

I take Centrum one a day but I understand ppl double this after surgery.

Thanks!

I take the Flintstones Gummy vitamins, it's almost like a gummy bear 'treat' - for variety I change up between the normal ones and the sours

I also take the Flinstones Gummy Vits. They're awesome, as close to gummy bears as I will ever get.

A few weeks after my surgery, I purchased Centrum Liquid vitamins - OMG! I gagged for 10 minutes, and couldn't get that taste out of my mouth for DAYS (I know, I'm a drama queen). Whatever you do, don't try that stuff!
