I don't really crave foods anymore because everytime I get food near my face I wanna puke.

Default Know the feeling

I used to be able to deal with my bf after work. He drives a truck for wine delivery and comes home smelling like the boxes, but after the surgery I cant deal any more. I used to love chicken soup, the thought of it now makes me sick. My sence od smell seems to be sooo hightened, it is weird.

Default You're completely normal

Yep, smell is what kept me from ever being able to drink protein shakes--I could smell them from across the room. And I've just been able to eat eggs again starting this last month--took over a year before I could tolerate them again. While your tastes have changed now, they will continue to change as the next year or so progresses. And the lemon cream calcium chews from Citracal are the best if you can't tolerate the chocolate (which I can't either). I basically use them as dessert after lunch and dinner - a nice, slightly sweet ending to the meal.

Default smells

Hi

Has anyone had problems with phantom smells? I don't know if its me or a co-worker but every once and a while I will be sitting at work and get a smell of gas (such as someone breaking wind) It drives me up the wall. I cannot place the smell anywhere and noone outside my cubicle smells it. My cubemate is a bit iffy so I try not to talk to her.

Am I loosing my mind? Is it me? Am I just smelling this or is the smell coming from me? I have noticed any my old stomach is grumbling.

Default taste-wise for me it is marinara sauces

They taste oh so bad to me. I just can't eat them. Smells - I have no idea. Everything smells funny. I actually had people come into my room to tell me if they smelled fumes! lol They didn't of course. I could have sworn I smelled some kind of toxic fumes - but I guess not.
