Default 15 mos Post Op--Tummy burning

Hiya...I am 15 months post op and I have had a strange burning sensation in my tummy for the last few days. Not like heartburn...more like when you take a pill on an empty stomach kind of burn. Has anyone experienced this? Also, its making all kinds of growling noises...constantly.

Any info would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Arrow OMG I am not alone.....

Hey well just to let you know I am getting the same burning and I am 2 yrs 5 months out and its not an everyday thing but once in a while usually in the middle of the night in the pit of my stomach it just starts to burn so much that it wakes me up I take deep breaths tru and drink a little water and just breath deeply for a little while all while rubbing my belly and saying over and over in my head please just go away please just go away and I have noticed that when I lay on my side or on my stomach is when it burns the most but when I roll over and lay flat on my back with no pillows or anything and just rub and say just go away after about 15 minutes it seems to disappear and I am with you on the its not heartburn its just a weird unexplained burning in the pit of the stomach. I still havent figured it out and keep forgetting to mention it to my PCP cause like I said it does not happen a lot but it does happen once in a while. Good luck and if you find out what it is let me know and I will do the same for you.

Could be an ulcer. I would have it checked out soon.
