I had my first mozzerella stick today, 14 days post-op, and it rocked but was a little dense and rich. Definitely filled me up, along with a scrambled egg.

Yep..that is me..cheese head. I carry those mozarella sticks around in my purse. I love the pepper jack sticks, too....yummy
