wheat crackers and crystal light??

Well, maybe thats why they say, you should not drink and eat at the same time!

Sorry for your pain, love!
Hope your doing better!

I've only made that mistake once (eating and drinking at the same time). I started to foam and found myself spitting out the foam in the toilet and all was well after that. Won't be doing that again anytime soon. But on the other hand, I haven't dumped yet either. I think that's a good thing, but then again I'm only 7 weeks out. I'm sure my time will come.

after 4 months I had my first experience with the 'dumping' ...ouch is not the word! I was afraid to throw up (thought I'd choke to death) a horrible experience.. finally (after scaring my family ) I threw up a little foam and felt 100% better. Never again! : )

Agreed.. maybe the combination was the culpret..
However this am.. can't eat anything again.
So it's liquids for a day or so.. see if I can
quiet the pouch down. I've been asking a lot of
this week .. stress is an ugly animal.. Growl
mixed with all the meds... the meds are working so
compromise is the answer..
Again thanks for the support..
