I often have the same problem, very infrequent. While recovering from my gallbladder surgery I just had a few weeks ago, I watched alot of informorcials...there seemed to be one about colon cleansing on every other station...I started researching the internet, to see what all the hype was about. I never realized the importance of the colon...amazing...after doing some reasearch...I found this website www.drnatura.com and ordered the 2 month kit along with the toxin kit..a little pricey...but after learning so much...i'd spend 3 X as much!! and the pictures are absolutly disgusting....so prepare yourself, and read the testimonals very frank, and informative...I'm about 5 days in on the cleansing program, and it is working for me...I suggest everyone do it....after gaining so much knowledge about the subject, it is very important!!!.... a couple of things I learned while researching...there was dr that did autopsys I believe it was 2200 of them, and out of those people, NOBODY had a perfect healthy colon!!!..there was always something wrong with them....many references to pipes, how you get build up in your house's plumbing and it gets narrower and narrower, till you have to clean your pipes...call a plumber..caked on grease, fat, what have you....and some other tid bits...we all have parasites, worms in our bodies...the gestation period for them is just a few days...if we do not have a bowel movement, these eggs are hatching...YUCK!!! and with the amount we eat, it's hard to be regular I have found through the years. I take a fiber supplement, members mark (sams club)...tasteless, dissolves, I put it on food, in my coffee...what ever...which helps, but not the way I need it to help me. I don't want to know what kind of stuff ,things are inside of me....living inside of me.....but it is necessary to fully understand the importance of all this. A few other things I found while doing my research...when elvis died, he had 60 lbs of waste throughout his colon, John Wayne, 45 lbs!!!.....unbelievable!!!! On tv, the informicials were advertising 7-Day cleaning kits...but really...how do you get rid of 33 years worth of buildup in only a week...not possible....but on the website I listed up above, it makes so much sense that it takes time to break down all the debris that has been building up throughout the years..the site is very informative, check it out. And this isn't a program that you have to chain yourself to the toilet..or be afraid to leave the house...very naturally expells it's self....very easy...several different pills, for different reasons, fiber, and tea...that's it...

I have to take Benifiber every day and it works great, sit has no taste and is easy to drink down in my daily liquids. With this I don't have to worry about getting stomach cramps or an unexpected dash for the bathroom either.. I drink it down and by mid day I'm on schedual and it's all over with with and I feel great, I also drink lots of fluids as well as hot decaf tea or coffee, that really helps me alot. Nothing worse than feeling full to the gills and can't do anything about it.

Dawn I always make fun of my friend who does this. Well he's on "Break" atm, but he said it's the best thing he's ever done lol...He said total in a week and a half- 2 weeks he's lost 30bs! He was about to tell me what came, out, but I really didn't want to know hahahaha

If I did that and honestly had "that" much blockage i'm be like 100lbs

I can tell you that not only the Loritabs but also dairy products are constipating. I would see if you could get something called Pericolace. It may have to be a prescription, I'm not sure. On the unit that I work (a burn center) everyone is on a lot of pain meds and we give them Pericolace twice a day, every day.

Default Try This...

I found taking two 2oz shots of Pure Aloe Vera juice a day timesmakes me go at least once a day. It's natural and helps clean out the toxins in your body.
My chiropractor recommended it and I have been SO MUCH better!!!
you can get it at Trader Joes I heard or I can give you the doc # where I got it from.

Yep, Beth...the milk can't be helping this problem. You took the words right out of my...err...fingers.

The dietician at my gym recommends Bran Buds...in the cereal department. You don't need to eat a lot...I toss about a tablespoon of them on top of my yogurt every morning and they keep me with "fluffy floaters" which is what the dietician recommends. I think they are low in carbs and have some protein so maybe, just maybe, they would work for my dear staplahs?

Aloe is terrific for digestive issues. TJ's has 'em and I haven't shared this with y'all b/c I don't want to hardsell, but I sell the Aloe stuff and a bunch of other great stuff through Herbalife. Let me know if you want me to send you a catalog or if you want my website - send me a PM... Thats all I'll say 'bout that
