OHHH, Melanie, you are soo good!! I am addicted to Chipotles. I've been back for their tacos!! You have to get 4 (corn tortillas), I can only eat one, maybe part of the second one, they have black beans, Carnitas, sour cream and cheese. SOOO good, and I'm tellling myself not so horible for me...

I wish I had your restraint!!

Lynn,
try to change those eating habits now and eat healthier. when you're out like i am instead of eating 1 of those tacos you'll be eating them all. i am really struggling now with having to make decisions to eat healthy and thankfully early on i changed my eating habits to healthy. i was out to dinner the other night with my parents and my father noticed that i eat more than i used to. i think early on people think i can eat what i want because i'm eating such a small amount, but eventually that small amount is going to be a larger portion. that is why it's so important to take advantage of the time where you are now to change your eating habits to healthy so when you do eat more you're eating healthy.

My mouth is bigger than my stomach! Can't eat a dozen fresh baked Krispy Kremes anymore.

I miss a good hamburger and french fries. Too greasy to handle today. Surprisingly, I don't miss the sweets. I looooved chocolate, cheesecake, and gooey hot fuge sundaes. No more. I may have a bite every once in a while, but I don't craaave them like before.

Default Yummt!

I used to eat out all the time, specially living on the other side of the border, tacos were my weakness. I did have 2 tostadas the other night but with no meat & beans (beans make my stomach feel funny), my tostadas had only avocado, onions, & cilantro, I added lemon & some salt, boy were they good. And last night I wanted to go back to get tostadas but I was able to control my head hunger & drove straight home & had some orange juice instead w/ 10 cheese puffs (yes I know that isn't good either). Maybe it was better than 2 tostadas right? Not to long ago I used to go to McDonalds for chicken nuggets, I would eat 3 for lunch & if my brother didn't eat the other 3 I would have them for lunch the next day, but I'm trying to avoid those too. I do bring my own food to work. I eat Special K cereal (this new one w/ less carbs). Oh & I do look at labels more than before. My family calls me nutriologist cause I'm always telling them how much fat their eating, and how unhealthy that is. I do have sugar I can tolerate it, but I dont abuse it, have not had my favorite candy yet (Starburst & skittles). And yesterday my co-worker bought a coke I tild her how much I was craving one & she gave me some in a cup, boy did my mouth enjoyed it, but my stomach didn't, I was being very gasy the rest of the day. So there, so far in this 13 weeks I have eliminated Coke, Panda Express (which I used too love, but food is too greasy cant handle that), Pozole (I love that stuff but too spicy or I dont know but my stomach did not like it), & there are other stuff my stomach doesn't like & I just dont have them any more. It's better to avoid them than to have a sick tummy.

Thanks Melanie. Actually my habits have changed 1000%. I only get to Chipotles maybe once a month, it's another of those, I just can't justify $7 for a little taco!! Other then that, I eat real healthy. Dairy is my friend!! And my George Foreman Grill!! Love that thing!! I can cook a steak or chicken breast in minutes!!

The other thing I struggle with and miss terrably is liquid with my meals!! I still have a hard time with that.
