Smile tiny first wow

I am only a week post-op, but I do belive I got a wow this morning. Pre-op I could barely make it to my car, about 30 feet from my house. This morning I took a walk, checked the old pedometer and it was 3/4 of a mile. I am psyched ! I beleve the diarrhea I had was too much frothy milk. I was using a magic bullet for my shakes and they were ultra frothy. I think it was overload on the gas and the milk. I feel great today. Yahooo.
ps how do I put my weight and surgery date at bottom of post ?

I was really bummed but I kept them and I was determined that one day they would fit! I have tried them on 3 or 4 times after I had WLS and every time I was able to get them up a little farther but have never been able to get it more than a quarter of the way up. Well today I tried again and they FIT! OMG major wow moment for me. I know it may seem weird but I have always thought I had huge legs and this is a real visual for me that I am losing weight EVERYWHERE! Whoo hoo I am so happy!

Ok you asked for a pic of me in the boots so here it is (updated 9-13-06)
You look soooo cute!! I also LOVE the picture of you, Chad and Jacob behind you...sooo cute!!

I make my shakes the night before so I can just grab it in the morning. The air is gone, I just give it a good shake with my hand to remix what has settled. I also do a milk and water mix...sounds gross, but you really cant tell.

On the top toolbar, click on USER CP on the left and then click on Edit Signature on the top left, and then type in what you want it to say and click save. It's that simple. Hope it helps.
