Default first post op visit with a bang !!!

I went to see my surgeron today for my first post op visit , its been 18 days since my op and I feel like I am am going well. So I step on his scales and nearly faint I have lost 46 pounds since the op!!!! yes 21 kilos gone in 18 days yay!!!!!!!!. Even the surgeon was excited, today is a good day this also means I am under 300 pounds..I am kinda amazed and just needed to share

Oh I am so ENVIOUS of you! Congratulations!!!! I went to my first post op on Wednesday and I've lost 31 pounds in 16 days. I'm only 17 lbs from being under the big 3-0-0! WAAAAHOOOO! Thanks for sharing your good news and for allowing me the same! Take care!

Thanks everyone, I spose as a guy I am sorta lucky as we tend to shed and gain pretty quick. Vera well done it is exciting hey.Lynda I wouldnt fret too much everyone is different and I do feel that if I was loosing a bit slower I would feel more energetic.Whist I am losing a KG a day Iam very tired and just flat , getting fluids let alone protien in is a real chore everyday. I really cant eat anything that isnt free flowing. But like I said it is early days, and I am not complaining....yet lol
