I've HIT MY GOAL WEIGHT
Bang on the nose today. 175 after 6.5 months. Unbelievable. I celebrated by taking the dogs on a 3 mile power walk.
I can't believe it. And what would I have done without you? How could I have got through this (with sanity in tact) without you?
And to Lisa Boston: Here's to living La Vida Skinny.

That is AMAZING Lisa!!!! I'm so happy for you! I know you are beaming today with that smile. You have done great in your journey, and so fast. Now just think, you have nowhere to go but under your set goal.  (If you want to that is) Enjoy every moment!
