I was trying to upload before and 5 month update pix, but I need ro resize them and don't know how. I am using Adobe Photo Starter. I also can't upload a new avatar due to the same problem. Can anyone help an idiot like me?

ok mate try this , open the file in Photoshop Album starter, select the " File " tab , select attach to email. select other as your email client ( save to file) have a look where it is going to save it . select save as individual attachment from the save menu. hit OK
