Default One month out(plus a few days)

Well, I am a little over one month out and I have lost 30 pounds. I never in a million years thought this was possible.

It's odd how just even 30 pounds can affect my life. I notice guys suddenly looking at me now. Girlfriends think I look fabulous. My family is proud.

I am so glad I pursued this avenue.

I am getting all my water in. I am taking all of my vitamins. I am getting all of my protein in.I can finally eat chicken and tuna again thank goodness.
I have never felt better.

Next stop will be solid food in a few weeks and I can't wait.

Thanks to everyone for all the support.

It gets sooooo much better when you are eating "normal" foods with healthy choices. You are well on your way. Congrats.

Thumbs up

Congrats, this definitely gets easier & a lot better once you are cleared to eat solid foods. I am nearly 6 months out and sometimes I forget that I even had the surgery. I am so used to eating small portions & the whole routine, it's great. I am also really happy I got this surgery. WTG for you and keep up the good work.
