Default soy protein mixes?

Ok! I have a silly question...I read we arent suppose to have soy. does this include Soy protein mixes?

I don't think Soy protien is absorbed as readily as whey protien or meat protien

Soy protein is still protein, and I eat it and am doing fine. It is not a staple thing, however as I do rotate my protein choices around
