Default I really did plan to stay out of this

OK, here's my theory on the subject... can't believe I'm actually even addressing it. However, I noticed that I sit lower on every single seat, even the toity, because I have lost a lot of weight in my buttocks (thank you, Lord). I've had to move the car seat forward four notches from fully extended, for instance.

While I'm sure there are some sagging skin issues, your perineal region is probably much closer to the water than it used to be because your butt isn't giving you an artificial lift anymore.
