Default Protein Train: What is it and Does it work?

I have been reading on another site about something called a 'PROTEIN TRAIN' nad am wondering if you guys have heard about it or tried it.

Protein train is just a term used when people are going to jump on their daily 65-70 grams everyday faithfully. Well that is what I thought it meant. I could be wrong. I apologize if I am wrong Tammy.
