Unhappy Dr. was not too happy

I Had a check up yesterday.
Seems they think I'm loosing way too fast.
She said I'm at a rate of 4 pounds a week but I should be loosing around 2 pounds a week.

She wants me to take in more protein and more calories but I 'm not sure I can do that.

How can I eat more when I feel full all the time and it hurts my pouch to eat more.?

I am slowing down on the weight loss and I'm no longer in free fall but she said I could continue to loose for another 10 months or so and I may go way below my goal weight.

I don't want to weigh less than 200 But 2 cups of food is about all I can take in at one time.

What can eat that is sugar free and high in calories?

Yikes! that's about what I'm losing. I was under the impression that the weight was just supposed to fall off, and that speed wasn't an issue. my 3 month check up is in 5 days and I hope my doctor doesn't tell me to eat more. My pouch is already super touchy these days and I don't think I could manage to put anything else in there. I feel for you

Question I don't know

I lost pretty quickly and I know others did, too. Tough call. I do know that eating more protein is ok. What hurt me is when Dr. C had me include more carbs...I knew that eventually the carbs would catch up to me and my body would crave them....Now, I crave them.

I think you should do what works for you and do remember that when you get further out, your pouch is bigger and you can eat more protein. It is ok and kinda freaky, but you will still lose wait if you stick to the rules.

Best wishes,
Dale

Do you mean 2 ounces?! 2 cups is unattainable for me all day!! If your vitamin and protein levels are okay, I wouldn't freak at this point. Yes you are losing fast, but everyone loses at different rates. Your body will slow down when its ready

to clear it up I can eat about 2 cups a day but I may be able to do 3/4 cup at one time if the food doesen't hurt my pouch..

I know pinto beans are high in calories, but also have alot of protein, so maybe you can try that. Personally, if I wanted more carbs and calories, I'd go for the pasta. LOL
