I am hoping those of you who have had surgery such as TT or Breast lifts/enlargements can give me recommendations and advice. I am not quite ready as I still have like 45 more pounds to go but I want to get more information.

Who do you recommend? (you can PM me if you don't want to say out in the formum)
How long were you out of work? 3 monhs due to a 10 lb lift restriction, my job requires a 50 lbs minimum ability
Which insurance covered it? What "helped" them cover it? No insurance would cover mine.
What did it cost you? $12,800 for a 360 skin removal and lift, breast lift, and sub pec silicone implants, plusall the follow ups, which were almost daily as I had complications
Did medical leave cover you?Yep, for the full 3 months

Any dangers and pit falls you experienced would be helpful, AND any GOOD things that came of it..Problems: almost died. Benefits: Damn I look great and feel sooo much better without all that skin floppying aroun and getting in teh way.
