I have been using these since about a month before surgery. Great cinnamon flavor, do they really work? I don't know, I feel better when I remember to use them, but I havn't had blood work done yet to know if they are 'working'. But they aren't expensive and it's worth a try.

they seem kinda pricey - I got a bottle of 100 tabs of sublingual B-12 from Trader Joes for about the same price.

But, if it's going to make you take it, then it's worth the money. I find that after I take my B-12, I'm much perkier.
