Default Six Month Check Up

Well, I had my six month check up and everything was fine. Dr. Eid said that my iron was low so he doubled the amount I take everyday. He did say that he had expected me to have lost about 75 pounds by now but was still pleased with the 68 pounds I did lose. I need to up my protein and step up my workouts. But, I'm pretty darn pleased with myself!

Great job, April. We are so close in our surgery time, so I always check out how you're doing. I need to get to the gym too. Even though I have no HANGING skin, I am VERY soft. It's probably adding quite a few extra pounds.

I feel the same way. Also, I thought with Summer being here I would be doing much more activity. However, it seems to be harder to exercise because I am being pulled in so many directions with family functions, vacations, etc. But, I know I can do it!!!

Great job. I don't know why he put the 75 pound number out there. Based on your excess body weight (115 pounds), the average weight loss is 55-60% or 69 pounds in your case. You are right on target!!!
