Default Wow moment

Okay, so I had a silly wow moment today: I showered when I got home from the gym, and discovered after that the towel fits all around me so I can wear it like a dress. Granted it is a bath sheet, but it still fits where it wouldn't before Oh - and my neihbor across the street shouted across to me how great I look...needless to say I feel great today

Whitney.....I say revel in any little moment you get. You worked hard to get this and will work hard to get to your goal. I think those "little" things are what keep us going sometimes......and remind us where we came from. I remember just a few weeks out when I had to adjust the straps on my Birki's, it was a big little thing for me.

Marty is right! Yesterday while I was at work, I kept laying my arms on my desk and studying how small my forearm has gotten (the upper part is flabby) but I don't care right now. I kept studying the bones in my wrist -- something I couldn't see so well 120 lbs ago.

They do mean a lot...I had a stupid WOW moment too...I had to go and buy all new underware
(or should I say panties now?)
because they were all too big and falling down inside my pants.

Embarassing...uncomfortable...and yet so exciting!!!

Default You deserve every WOW moment, girl

Whitney,

I LOVED my towel meeting moment! It's been one of my top ones so far. And you're NOT being silly, you should revel in every one. Soon we'll be "normal" and forget to celebrate these wonderful things.

My mixed blessing was the last nine days. My husband and I were supposed to go on a driving vacation, but a relative in Wisconsin died the day we were to leave. So instead of driving around Texas, we drove straight up to Wisconsin, and then straight back, got home about 11 pm last night. After 12 straight hours in the truck yesterday, I am now fully aware that I have a tailbone, and it feels like somebody hit me there with a sledgehammer. Yay! I have a tailbone. Dang! I have a tailbone...
