Angry Oh dear goodness...

I accidently swallowed a piece of gum.

Please tell I'm not going to die.

Well, shoot.....I don't kow what happens......probably depends on the size of your opening and the size of the gum. I would think you would feel bad, then bring it up. I've often wondered as I chew gun also, especially in place of snacking. Please let me know what happens and that you are ok!

I swallowed it about...2 hours ago now, and nothing has happened...

It was the "Stride" gum, which is really small...so maybe I'm okay.

I feel so dumb

OMG....I sit reading this with...STRIDE gum in my mouth! I hope everything is ok, but if you aren't having pain then it sounds like maybe it went through.

I hope it passes without any trouble! I'm sure going to miss gum =c[ I hope I can chew it soon, and if there is a certain kind that is better or something.

You aren't supposed to chew it due to the air that you swallow. It's the same reasoning behind not drinking soda.

Oh! I had no idea. Thanks, Michelle!

Well, gum, i'm going to miss you! Farewell.

Ps. Soda is bad because of the carbonation too, right?
