I just ate 4oz of yogurt and feel soooooooooo full its not even funny. I hope I didn't stretch it out any

No, you didn't kill it, but you'll feel yucky for a while. It's ok, just eat slower the next time.

Ha.. The love of popcorn, I wish I could have some.. BUT NOT FOR A LONG TIME!! I had 6 oz of tomato soup today and for the first time I felt that full feeling you were talking about.. OOOOOF it was rough.

I want to see that movie!!

hi..i am 6 wks post op..i have enjoyed smart pop for at least 2 wks now with no problem..one of the few things i can eat:-)

Jennifer you would have to eat a lot more then some yogurt in order to stretch your pouch out. That is why it is important to eat slow because sometimes after that 2nd or 3rd bite the feeling of fullness catches up to you.
