Found the GREATEST snack!!!
At the support group meeting I go to, about two months ago one of the gals suggested this snack in our local food stores here called Snapea Crisps. They are soooooooooooo good! I finally found them and I bought some today. They are baked snap peas and have 5 gr of Protien, 14 carbs and only 150 calories in an ounce serving (It would take a lot of them to make an ounce) They remind me of the Andy Capp Fries, for any of you who know what those are. I just bought these at Trader Joe's yesterday, I wish I had stocked up on them, because they are so good! On my next trip I will buy SEVERAL bags! They are that good!

That may happen... I did find their web site after I posted my little tantrum and - come to find out - they do have a Trader Joe's in the Twin Cities (you learn something new everyday!). Hopefully I can stop there sometime when I'm up in the big city...
