Talking Found the GREATEST snack!!!

At the support group meeting I go to, about two months ago one of the gals suggested this snack in our local food stores here called Snapea Crisps. They are soooooooooooo good! I finally found them and I bought some today. They are baked snap peas and have 5 gr of Protien, 14 carbs and only 150 calories in an ounce serving (It would take a lot of them to make an ounce) They remind me of the Andy Capp Fries, for any of you who know what those are. The website on the bag is www.snacksalad.com. They are wonderful!

That may happen... I did find their web site after I posted my little tantrum and - come to find out - they do have a Trader Joe's in the Twin Cities (you learn something new everyday!). Hopefully I can stop there sometime when I'm up in the big city...

We don't have a Trader Joe's near us but I happened to find these on Amazon.com of all places!

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...535843-3711965

If you order over $25 from amazon shipping will be free. Also, you save $10 instantly when you spend $49 or more on any combination of products offered at Amazon Grocery, including food and household items. Use code GROCERY2 at checkout. Offer good until August 31, 2006.

I'm not sure how this price compares to Trader Joes but since we don't have one closer than 3 hours away I think I'll go for it. I've been looking for a healthy snack. Thanks for sharing.

No problem, Jim. I was pleased to find it. I figured others might find it useful.
