Is anyone on line tonight. I have been having pain off and on for about a month on my right side. It is really bad today. It is like a stabbing pain in my side. It is a very sharp pain. kind of like my insides are getting ripped out. I had a hernia operation done on Dec 29th. I am 14 months post op. Any suggestions. If this persists I will be in urgent care in the morning. I am really hurting right now. Especially if I try to move. Could this bbe gallstones ? Maybe my hernia popping out higher up ? My stomache is bigger on that side. My incision is at the bikini level and about 2 inches long. I had an ingurial hernia. My uterus and fallopian tube was trying to come out the abdominal wall. It looked like a tumor. Let me know if there is any advice out there. I have been urinating more frequent also. Thanks.. any advice will help. Lori D.

Just had my gallbladder out on Monday. I had pain on the right side too. If your doctor does an ultrasound on you, they will be able to tell if that is the issue. I found out my gallbladder was filled with stones last Wednesday and on Monday, they took it out. Please call your doctor right away.

Oh man. GB pain is the WORST. It crippled me. Definitely see a doctor.
