107 pounds in 3 months!?! I hate you!!!!!! (just kiddin.. sorta )

You must be totally psyched to think that you could actually do the whole 200 in just 6 months if you keep on the way you are going! Rock on WhichaBadSelf!

Dang Mike....that is awesome! Congrats on the weight loss, but even bigger on the mile! That is so cool that you are out there getting fit like that. You are an inspiration....keep it up. Don't worry about you noticing, it takes the brain awhile to catch up because of the rapid loss. It IS definitely noticeable to others........and I'm sure if you are doing a mile, your body notices!

i do about 15-20 minutes of cardio a day, but I lift weights, HEAVY weights, im trying to strengh train, im sure i could of lost a little more, but i have not lost any strengh since the WLS, i think not alot of people can say that, thats what im most proud of. i can actually bench 15lbs mroe NOW
