barb is right. the key is finding something you like and sticking with it. i'm an exercise fanatic. i exercise 7 days a week. i feel really bad if i don't. i either walk with dara or do the treadmill or go the gym.

Default Jumping on the wagon

I need to jump on the wagon. Tonya, I need to go to the gym with you!
I am now getting my strength back slowly after all of my malnutrition problems. I am slowly getting there! Did 20 minutes on the treadmill the other day and was happy I didn't fall off.

Default What motivates me.

Here is a little trick I use.

When you find yourself slacking off for days on end have a friend or family member take you a mile away from home and dump you out. (Further for those in good shape) you have NO CHOICE but to walk or jog home.

Talking Thanks To Everyone

I did it!!! I got out my walking video and kicked my kids off the tv for 1/2 an hour and walked. I feel much better today! Thank you for all your wonderful suggestions. I appreciate all the advice.

Default Tracy,

The hardest part is to start! I admire you for just doing it!
