I have the same problem with most meats-never threw up-just feeling as if I've swallowed rocks. I do believe it's from not chewing enough-but no matter how hard I try, I just can't chew it enough to make it feel good. So-I've taken to only eating a few bites of chicken, or even fish fillets (except white fish)-= I did buy some packs of tuna-I think they were "chicken of the sea:-which came in a cup and were cajun flavored-YUM-just add some saltines and you have a good lunch. I've bought the tuna your speaking of-and had the same problem. I did eventually eat the whole pack-but it took me 3-4 meals to do it.
